Grilling with miracle BBQ grill mats come out perfect with grill marks

I really like the YRYM HT grill cooking mat but have a few tips on using the miracle BBQ grill mats. First they arrived as expected in a large box with plenty of packaging, maybe a little more than necessary but allowed them to arrive flat and intact. Cooking burgers: they worked just as expected but I think if I can modify my Grill slots below the mats to have just a slight incline I might be able to keep some of the grease away from the cooking surface. I had to shift burgers back and forth and "push" the grease over the end of the mat to keep the smoke and mess under control. Plus flare-ups were very minimal.

Hot dogs: these actually cooked better than the burgers. They came out perfect with Grill marks like you want without the excess charring that sometimes can happen on a flare-up. The only thing I'd do differently is run a quick paper towel over the surface since I had cooked burgers first and there was a bit of oil buildup, but then again maybe that helped the flavor.Both burgers and dogs all cooked evenly. All in all really enjoyed the miracle BBQ grill mats and would recommend to anybody that wants a grilled type of burger experience while working on an outdoor BBQ.   I cooked on the grill cooking Mat during the 4th of July. I have purchased miracle BBQ grill mats, and I find YRYM HT grill cooking mat to be the most sturdy. I would/will buy again. I love this products. The YRYM HT miracle bbq grill mats have made me willing to Bar B Que even more. Easier to clean. Used them the first time today. First time that my burgers didn't stick and the brats finish of a nice brown. Great product!  Haven't used yet, but am excited to use within next week. I will repost when I use and give hopefully a better review.

I have and use regularly an infrared grill. It is more than fantastic for steaks. Due to the high heat, I get a fantastic carmelization(char) on the steaks and a very juicy, medium rare center.This was before the YRYM HT Best Miracle BBQ Grill Mat, While my results on steaks were extraordinary, I regularly burnt the chicken and fish items that I was grilling. I was very frustrated and didn't know how I could get better results from my infrared grill. My infrared grill can produce temps in the 700 degree range when pushed to the limit. Great for steak-charring but very poor for chicken and fish. The benefit of the YRYM HT Best BBQ Grill Mat is that, unlike prominantly advertized grill mats of very inferior quality it can handle a temp of 700 degrees without burning the items you place on it. YRYM HT barbecue grill mat is perfect for fish and vegetables

I recently used my new YRYM HT barbecue grill mats. They worked wonderfully, my brand new BBQ still looks brand new after a day of cooking. I am purchasing a set for my two sons who also recently bought new BBQ's. What a pleasure not have to clean the grill. I grill regularly throughout the week. I have a LARGE grill and prefer cooking large meats like steak without the YRYM HT grill mat however, the YRYM HT barbecue grill mat is perfect for fish and vegetables. Without the YRYM HT grill mat these delicate vegetables had a tendency to fall through the grate on my large grill. Thanks for providing me with a most useful tool for grilling.

My husband has used our new barbecue grill mats a few times. Not only do they make clean up a breeze, they also help create a more even heat distribution on our old grill. The result is beautifully seared steaks and perfectly barbecued chicken. Excellent mat for grilling, could not believe the difference when we made grilled chicken. The meat was not dry and had better flavor! This product works great! I love how easy the mats are to wash when done using them. I highly recommend these mats. YRYM HT barbecue Grill Mats arrived today. Packaging was solid. I washed mats as directed and tried them out this evening. My steaks cooked so evenly and were so tender and juicy. I highly recommend this product. My husband has had this copper grill mat on his wish list for several months. I really don't know why he hasn't bought it for himself. Guess he would rather buy for others. I decided it was about time he got so I ordered him. We haven't used them yet, but I know he is looking forward to using them. Excellent product. Relatively easy to clean. Would recommend for a better grilling experience.

I spent about $50 on new cast iron grill grates so I bought these mats to help the new ones last longer. Used my pads for the first time and they work great. When the juices from the chicken gathered on the mats I just pulled the chicken off and left the mats on the grill to cook until the juice turned black and carmalized. After that, I just scraped it off with a PLASTIC spachula and it came off real easy. When I removed the mats the grill grates were spotless. I could have also pulled them off and washed them while the juice was still liquid but I didn't want it to go down my drain. Sear marks not as obvious but chicken tasted the same so that's all that matters to me.

I Like YRYM HT butcher paper roll ! This is a thicker piece of butcher wrapping paper, so the marker pen and paint won't leak out. We also use it as a game mat. I'll definitely recommend this to anyone, and when it's used up, I'll buy more. A large roll, good value for money, I used to wrap flowers, each time need a lot of, before worrying that a roll of paper is not enough, after receiving the goods, I know so much. Enough for me to use a long time, is a natural paper, good quality, the length is just right, even the branches of flowers can be wrapped together, good, practical. The YRYM HT butcher paper wrapping is used for BBQ smoking. Works extremely well and it does beat using aluminum foil. Foil steams brisket and the butcher paper does allow for a juicy brisket with a BARK!

It comes on a huge butcher paper roll and it also has plastic inserts on the end and if you want, you can put it on a rod I am using it wrap and freeze meat and it works great for that. Much better than using plastic freezer bags The quality is great . This will also come in handy for crafts and wrapping prepared foods. Less wasteful than plastic. Full disclosure: I didn't use this as butcher paper! Used it for craft stuff for VBS. We crumpled it up and spray painted it gray for rocks, hung it up and painted in it mural-style, among other things. Really pleased at the quality/durability.

I was concerned that the 50 lb basis paper thickness weight would be too stiff, but it is perfect for this application. I am very pleased with this purchase. Bought butcher wrapping paper roll for an inexpensive way to wrap presents. This paper is perfect! Thick enough to not show through, and you can write or design on the paper to personalize the wrapping however you want. Also can be used for a variety of other projects around the craft room. Used this for Christmas, the natural color looks just like the picture, it is nice and thick and big enough to wrap every single present that we had to put under the tree. Loved this for Christmas wrapping paper. You will need good tape or glue to make it stick otherwise the package will come unwrapped. Used this to wrap very large gifts. The YRYM HT butcher paper roll is massive. It can be unwieldy to cut but for the price is a great value. I sell books online and wrap them in this sturdy brown paper. No complaints, just look at the measurements to make sure you have enough room for this.... The paper quality is perfect--exactly right for wrapping, covering. I just didn't realize it was a tremendously wide roll! I thought i was buying a 200' standard width roll of wrapping paper. It is meant for bulletin boards or wrapping huge items. But I think we will saw it in half to make two big rolls. The brown paper is the same weight and thickness as brown paper bags. This worked great for wrapping glassware for moving. This paper is great! Not to thick, not to thin... Perfect for wrapping or for a craft project. I think this will last me forever, but if I run out, I'll be buying more of this! My wife and I like to grill vegetables and seafood on our grill and before we found this product, we tried a multitude of products. I did make a mistake and let the grill get too hot and some of the fish oil caught fire which caused a little damage to the BBQ grill mat. I contacted the company and they were awesome. YRYM HT Copper Mat for Grill keeps grill clean

Purchased YRYM HT BBQ Grill Mat as a gift, who grills almost every day Spring-Fall. He loved this product & greatly recommends this to all of his friends and co-workers. Wow wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't tried it for myself what a great grill tool especially for veggies.  Think I my have git one bad one on a camping trip third time use and it ripped on cleanup works great at home. Best mats ever!!! I use them on everything I cook on the grill. Thanks for making a great product!! I have used the Mat 3 times. It does leave nice grill marks on the food being cooked and keeps food from falling into the grill.

I grill so that I less to clean. I don't need something else to clean. The YRYM HT BBQ grill mat definitely requires cleaning after each use. It also doesn't seem to clean that well. Most of the food residue comes off easily but no amount of cleaning makes the mat look new. After soaking it in hot dishwater in the sink, I also put it in the dish washer. It still looks used. I'm not sure how long it will last. This product is amazing. I used it the day it came in the mail and I was not expecting it to be as useful as it was. This mat still put grill marks on the chicken, but the best part is that it kept all the juices in. I even made grilled onions and it may have been my best BBQ chicken yet. I strongly recommend buying this product. I will be purchasing more for my family and friends.

I like Copper mat for grill better than the black grill mat. These clean up about the same but look much better for longer. keeps the grease from messing up your grill doesn't really make grill marks on meat. Very happy with the mat and the time saved from having to run in and out of the house to check on side dishes. Now they're done right on the mat on the grill. Waffle cut sweet potato fries done to perfection with crispy edges. Highly recommend.  I read all the reviews and was still not sure, but ordered and I am happy. We have only used the mat once so can't answer to durability. We cooked pork chops and they turned out wonderful. Clean up was a breeze. The barbecue sauce washed right off the mat with no problem. It made grilling easier and cleanup wonderful. I like the mats a lot so far, great to keep stuff from being charred by gas grill flames!! We use these to cook bacon on our BBQ along with many other items. They work great. They work great the food we cooked came out yummy.

Haven't tried to cook on them yet, but they are a good size for the grill we have. Husband is very impressed with it and can't wait to try it out!  Update:they work great and are easy to clean/wipe off when not hot. I have used them inside on the burners also to heat up tortillas flipping them and it's easier to grab my tortilla without it falling in the burner. Food cooked very thoroughly and tasted great. Only negative wasall the grease pooling on the mats, but as far as the mats themselves they worked as advertised. These are awesome! I love to grill but hate the cleaning up.This is great no more cleaning up i can grill as often as I like and just wash my Kona mat off. These mats are amazing! Thick and made of high quality materials. Have grilled hot dogs with them and the mats left perfect grill marks! I have already ordered another set!  This is the single greatest enhancement to grilling since the propane tank! Eliminates flare-ups, flavor is enhanced since everything does not fall through the grates, Just Awesome. We are grilling twice as often. I bought YRYM HT butcher paper to line a whelping box as I breed Great Danes. we generally use newspaper roll ends but I wasn't able to get any before this last litter and bought this instead. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. It is a nice, heavy-weight butcher paper of great quality, without a waxy finish. It contained the mess well, is easy to change out, and now I'm using it to start potty training my 6 week old puppies. I just ordered another roll for my next litter. This item on Amazon is an amazing deal. To get all this high quality paper shipped to my door for such a low price is amazing. I use it mostly for packing paper but it will do for a multitude of uses. I find no negatives to purchasing this item.

I have used butcher paper roll to wrap presents, package items (wrapping and padding), and cover boxes to mail when they had too much writing on them. It has lasted so long as well. When I finally run out, I'm getting another roll! Purchased on Amazon when I was moving. Pleasantly surprised by actual size and quality of product delivered. This is easily a $50-$60 item (for $20). Wrapped every plate, bowl, glass individually and had more than enough for packing and padding other items. Safer than bubble wrap for protection (because items wrapped in bubble have no give). Since the move we've used this packing paper to wrap gifts and have the remainder of the roll in the closet. Compare to packing paper in stores - stores have less quality, less volume, more price. Very happy with this purchase.

I really liked butcher wrapping paper, its heavy weight and pretty thick. Its great for wrapping paper, making rustic looking envelopes, gift bags. Its a great value because you get a pretty large roll! I'm sure it will last me a very long time. I bought this kraft paper while planning my daughter's First Birthday. I wanted a material that I could use for a wide-range of purposes at the Birthday Party (table-cloth for food, wrapping paper, sign material, book-making, etc...) and I found it in this product. We used compostable plates, bowls and spoons, so I wanted something to go with the "natural" look of those items.

I dressed it up by contrasting the kraft paper with a lot of white lace (both real and paper). I used a paper-punch that creates an edge that looks like lace for many of my signs. The contrast of the brown and the delicate white lace was quite beautiful. I only used a fraction of the roll for the Birthday Party and am excited to have plenty left over for future art projects. I am giving this product 4 stars because my only issue is that it is not a heavy enough weigh. It feels lighter than a 50lb paper. But, overall, you can't find a better value for your dollar. A great find! Bought this to cover tables in for Thanksgiving and still had enough to wrap all my Christmas presents in. And even after that I still have 1/2, if not more, of the roll left to put on the tables for the kids to color and draw on. Once my roll runs out I will be buying more of this!

I still have tons of butcher paper left after wrapping ALL my families Christmas presents. I used this with some red and green ribbons and it gave the gifts an old time look. I haven't used the butcher paper for smoking yet as I just got it today but it feels sturdy enough to not rip when I wrap gifts in it and it can also be crumples up as packing paper for my customers' orders so I love that I can use it in so many different ways and it's much bigger than I thought so I'll get a lot of use out of it for sure. I do a variety of crafting and thought this would come in handy - for some reason I didn't realize this butcher paper roll was 4 ft wide, so that was a surprise, but also an excellent value for the price.

So far I've drafted a skirt pattern on this, and it's durable enough for many more uses - unlike store-bought patterns. I've used this to wrap a small package and mail it - useful since I expect to be mailing stuff a bit more these days. I've also used it to cover the covers of a scrapbook - I've never made one before and had some foamboard around, seemed like a better use than going out and buying a book. I expect I'll have more use for it come Christmas - it might not be exciting wrapping paper, but it'll do the job, and much more affordably.

I got the butcher paper roll to cover boxes to paint like bricks for my sons Mario brothers themed party. It was way cheaper than buying specialty paper or wall paper (I was really getting creative). And buying packaging paper elsewhere was just as much for less paper. This butcher paper roll is definitely more than a need but costs just as much as I would have paid for just barely what I needed. I bought this to wrap my Christmas presents in. I'm a guy, so i figured this would be acceptable to the family. This stuff is pretty much awesome. 200ft of paper is a ton of paper. It cuts easily but is touch and doesn't rip while wrapping presents. We like to decorate it with sharpie's and draw on the presents. Or you can take ribbon and wrap it around a couple of times. VERY GOOD FOR THE MONEY. couldn't ask for better.

Where to buy butcher paper? The YRYM HT butcher paper roll is a very large and thick roll of paper. It will last for years and has many purposes. I do a nature-themed holiday tree every year and like to use this paper as a base for my wrapping (using colored paper ribbon and raffia ribbon and pine cones, etc., as decoration). The effect with this paper was beautiful. The paper is quite thick and it texturizes well (crumpling for effect, etc.). This roll will last me many Christmas and I suspect I will find other uses for it throughout the year. It's a good "butcher style" paper for crafters. This is wonderful, high quality paper. It's a nice, medium- to heavy-weight kraft. We used it to wrap books for mailing and to wrap holiday gifts. It's easy work with yet sturdy. Scissors slide nicely across it, indicating a good paper. There was plenty to wrap 60 books, a few dozen Christmas gifts, and still give the roll to my 2 1/2 year old niece to roll out on the floor and color on.

I only wrap my presents with brown butcher paper. This butcher paper is nice. It has few flaws. It is sturdy and smooth. In fact, it is so sturdy, I have used it to wrap packages for mailing. I am on my second roll, since the beginning of the holidays.  I decided this year for Christmas Gift wrapping, I would go with all brown paper and then add ribbons & bows. I am happy with my purchase and with this product. It seems as though I barely used any off the roll, but I wrapped many presents with this. I am sure this roll will last me for several years :) It also can be used for other types of wrapping or even table protection. 

how to keep your grill clean with miracle grill mat

The YRYM HT non stick grill mat is good and makes it easy to clean off any residue/grease. Tried these on a whim. Had no idea that this sort of thing existed. Using about 2x / week they are flawless. I've had them over 3 months and they show no sign of any wear. Cleanup is no issue at all... soap and water make them new again. Easy to clean and cooks any meat perfect without a mess on the grill. Cooking at close to 600 degrees was no problem for the YRYM HT miracle grill mat. We are multiple cooking appliance users. Come in really handy in oven, grill and smoker. Keeps food from dropping through grates. REALLY thick and good BBQ Mats, love how food just slides right off and I've even tried to use it in a gastro-type oven to prevent stuff from sticking to the gastro-plates.... works wonders!

Have tried other mats, but YRYM HT non stick grill mat one is buy four the best! As soon as you pull it out of the package, you can tell it is different. Very sturdy, easy to clean, and even my teenage son can tell the difference. Very well worth the purchase. Have used several different kinds of the non stick grill mat and the YRYM HT are the best by far. Anything remaining on them after cooking just slides off and they are easy to wash. I know these will last for a long time. If there are better ones out there I haven't found them. I would recommend this to anybody looking for quality at a good price.

I ordered miracle grill mat on Amazon. Read a lot about miracle grill mat and decided to try out your product. I'm not disappointed with at all. Lives up to its name. Would order more mats for gifts. Now looking at the whole grill mat for my weber summit gas grill. Great product. Would recommend to friends. My husband used it for the first time and loves it. Thank you. As of today I will give this product only 4 stars. I have only used once and I am satisfied with its performance but I need more time to have a better opinion. Very pleased wi with my new YRYM HT mats they do every thing they say they will I even fried 10lbs. of bacon and put it in the freezer for whenever it is needed I also use it my Bradley smoker for beef jerky . It makes a great drip tray and easy cleanup. The grates on my old gas grill were getting pretty nasty :( YRYM HT grill mats are the perfect solution! Have used them twice now. Worked great! YRYM HT non stick grill mat is excellent quality and value. Holds up to the any type of cooking type (charcoal, propane, natural gas, etc) and performs like a champ. A must for using public grills. I love the YRYM miracle grill mat, use it every time I BBQ. Best gadget ever, will not grill with out it.  Just used one time so far for hit dogs and it worked just as described, so far satisfied, washed with soap and water, no problem, cleaned up very well. The YRYM HT non stick grill mat is what I'm looking for he was just very good clean very easy I wish I would have known about this awhile back cuz I would have purchased it back then I would recommend this to anyone that has a Grill and loves to cook like I do. I use a small Char Broil infrared gas grill. Been using it for 6+ years and I thought I had mastered grilling steaks on my rig. Saw these on a lightning deal and decided to buy. I normally grill ribeyes but decided to try a them with a couple of prime NY strips. Not only was it easier to control the cooking (I prefer medium), keeping the juices next to the meat added a ton of flavor. They also made cleanup much easier. Awesome product!

I have used several different non stick grill mat and this mat is great! I really like the thickness of the mat. Cleans up very well. I will be buying this product for Christmas to family and friends. I've only used it once so far, and cooked chicken breasts on it. They cooked nicely and even browned a little. The clean up was super easy. No mess in the grill and a little soap and water, quickly cleaned up the mat. So far, so good. Having problems to find replacement grills for my (discontinued) grill---even replicas are not the proper size. Decided to give these mats a try. They are GREAT. Steaks had grill marks as if they were directly on the grill. Nothing sticks.... have made eggs and bacon and (truly) grilled cheese sandwiches...nothing sticks, cleanup is easy. Very happy customer!

My husband uses the miracle grill mats almost every night. He uses them to do veggies, potatoes, and meat. He loves them. I cooked boneless chicken breasts and hamburgs at the same time and everything turned out perfect! The meat was beautiful, almost to pretty to eat. They were chicken parts and were moist and had browned so nicely on both sides. The mats kept that charcoal smoke from blowing in your face. I enjoyed using them. where to buy butcher paper for smoking

I love to smoke with butcher paper! YRYM HT brown butcher paper is my favorite parchment paper to use because it is made from natural fibers. Unlike wax paper, it is oven safe. I use it basically to line any dish that I bake in the oven. It's great even when roasting vegetables. This allows me to use less oil when greasing a pan. The paper is non-stick and grease-proof. The vegetables do not stick to the pan, making clean up so much easier. I also use the parchment paper when I make cold-processed soap. I line my soap molds with the paper before pouring. Once the soap is set, I can easily remove it from the mold by lifting up on the parchment paper. The paper with the soap slides effortlessly out of the mold. If you've never used parchment paper before when baking, I recommend you give it a try with YRYM HT brown butcher paper.

This brown butcher paper is a little thinner than others that i have purchased but i like it better than the other brands. It is grid marked so easier to measure and cut.It is also easier to handle.i used it to bake peanutbutter cookies and they came out really good.i would recommend this product to anyone.

I usually do not use YRYM HT brown butcher paper when I bake or cook but since I received this I needed to give it a shot. I am pleased to say this butcher paper roll has made things much easier in the kitchen and surprisingly holds up well in fairly high heat I baked a few things at 400 and I did not have any issues (I do suggest watching it your 1st use due to many ovens vary in temperature). I would definitely recommend trying Reynolds Genuine Parchment Paper it should definitely make your holiday baking/cooking much easier.

I love using this butcher paper roll.  I use it in my oven as well as my toaster oven and it works great. When cooking cakes, cookies, biscuits and even in drying herbs in the oven, I've had no sticking with this paper and clean up is very easy. After using it, roll it up and throw it away. It does not burn in the oven. I even use the parchment paper in the microwave. Can't say enough about how great this product is. This is Great Parchment Paper!.. I loved the fact I was able to measure and cut even pieces for what i needed. Perfect opportunity now that the Holidays are here, but even so this i could use daily.  Knowing it is from YRYM HT is a plus as far as quality.

Grilled turkey burgers with BBQ grill mat

Does what it should. I've always liked the grill marks on everything but not having my asperagus fall through the grill is nice. I use them and then wash them off with soap and water. Air dry and roll them back in a round paper towel tube. This way they will not get folded. I would buy them again and I would differently recommend them to all my friends.  A friend told me to try using a grill mat for cooking veggie burgers on my new grill. I decided on these BBQ grill mats and I couldn't be happier...no more stuck veggies or veg burgers. One of my friends recommended this to me--I was skeptical-thought the results would be like using a frying pan. No flare ups, cooked more evenly than on the grill grates,delicious flavor and easy clean-up. Great product---get one and you will be satisfied with it too.

I just received the BBQ grill mat and I tried it this evening on the grill with fish. It was browned with grill marks and cooked great. For just using it for the first time, I was impressed. I will be trying it for the grill with veggies and other things too. seems to live up to the hype. Used this for the first time last night Wednesday, April 25. Was very pleased. Grilled turkey burgers. They normally stick on the grill, but were very easy to grill and flip. Very heavy duty - it's several times as thick as some of the other ones we've used. Easy to clean and the food comes out with nice grill marks. We use it on an electric grill and it has made it so much easier to clean the grill now without the drippings.

While they work well and allow for good control and moist meats they don't create grill marks with the barbecue mat. I would recommend. Such a simple addition to the grilling experience, but it makes a big difference. Easy cleanup because everything is contained on the mats. They are durable and I still get a great sear on anything I grill. The steak was juicy and tender, and looked like it came straight off the grill. Easy clean up. Anxious to try other items. What a great fine ... a picture worth a thousand words ... does every thing the manufacturer stated ... chicken and lamb chop beautifully cooked... washes up easily ... can't wait to do delicate flaky fish... great gift item for friends that grill often.Great large mat that protects the grill from grease build up and protects the food from flare ups. Easy cleaning.   

Awesome product. I grill steak or chicken every night. Wish I had these along time ago. No flare ups even heat. Ordered Friday, received Sunday, used Sunday night to BBQ chicken! Love it, don’t have to worry about pieces falling through the grates, flare ups burning the food or food sticking! This is an unbelievable product, at first I was worried about the heating element being inhibited. To my surprise it cooked the steak that I placed on it in the same amount of time as if it were directly on the grill. It was even more amazing when I went to clean it, the mat rinses right off and it ran through the dishwasher no problem. I will definitely buy more of these in the future, and have already told a number of friends about it.

what about use YRYM HT grill mat for grilling

Recently used YRYM HT grill mat for the first time and couldn't be happier. We grilled salmon and zucchini and both turned out great! Cleanup was so easy. We can't wait to use them again. I bought these mats last Fall and used one for the first time tonight - yep, Minnesota winter! The steaks turned out perfect and the mat cleaned up nicely. We put it right back on the grill so we are ready to go next time. I planned to use it only for fish or seafood but is such a mess saver I think I will use it for everything.

My husband was very excited to get this, as he does all the grilling. The hamburgers could not have been juicier. He loves it! The BBQ grill mat is excellent now when I cook the cheap cuts of steak that normally would dry out on the grill they still say moist I cannot believe the difference I've even tried doing chicken quarters on the grill which before they always turned out yucky and now they are so yummy.. We haven't figured out a good way to remove them from the grill without spilling the fat and juice all over the place. Also, after the first couple of uses they get harder to clean. But, the food turns out great!

Communication with the seller - YRYM HT - is fantastic. Letting me know product shipped, explaining how to use the Barbecue Mat, following up! I used the Grill Mat, they work great! I have good steak, hamburgers 2x and bacon in less than a week. Nothing sticks to the barbecut Mats and clean up is breeze. At first I was a bit skeptical but it works just as it said it would and the 7 years warranty only makes it better. These mats work as promised! Grilled chicken came out perfectly and the grill is still clean...what a great combination.

Best time saving product for grilling meats and vegetables in a BBQ grill. I love BBQ grill mat for easy clean up of my grill. It has saved me so much time from scraping burned on food and grease from the grill bars. I’m glad there are two grill mats that come with the order. I like being able to put the mat directly on my grill. The liquids do not leach through the mat. I cooked chicken, fish, and vegetables, they all came out perfect. I will never Grill again without using these handy, dandy little Lifesavers. Tried these out other evening, worked great for smaller cuts of food so we could grill them without falling through the grates. 

My husband cooked salmon using the YRYM HT grill mat. They turned out great. That is our first and only experience. We are excited to try it for more grilling in the future. This is the best one I've had so far!! So very large and 2 sheets. I use them at least 3x's a week. First time using this product, cooked burgers, bacon and mushrooms on it. Turned out great, would recommend. I have been using aluminum foil on my grill the last few years these should work very well on my grill, as soon as the snow all melts I will be trying them out. I definitely enjoy cooking using the KONA grill mat. I do have a question: my grill will heat above 600* when I first start it to both clean the grates and be ready to put a nice sear on my steak. May I put the mat on the grill after I preheat it or should I just preheat on a lower setting?
