How to grill pork ribs

Grilled pork ribs are a kind of home-cooked food baked in the oven. The main raw materials are pork ribs, salt, Korean hot sauce, etc. The taste is sweet, tender and soft, and the honey sauce is delicious.

Ingredients:
800 g ribs
20 g ginger
20 g onion
Appropriate amount of cumin powder, paprika
1 g black pepper powder
5 g oyster sauce
20 g light soy sauce
5 g salt
5 g chicken essence
2 g white sugar
10 g cooking wine
25 g Korean spicy sauce
8 g honey

Directions:
1. Wash the ribs and put them into a large container. Soak in cold water for 1 hour to remove blood. Remove and put in a large bowl.

2. Wash the onion and mince. Peel the ginger and wash. Then slice it.
3. Add appropriate amount of chili powder and cumin powder into a small bowl and mix well.

4. Add onion, ginger, black pepper, 5 g oyster sauce, 20 g soy sauce, 5 g salt, 5 g chicken essence, 2 g white sugar, 10 g cooking wine, 25 g Korean spicy sauce, 8 g honey into the bowl with ribs.

5. Rub the marinade on the ribs and mix thoroughly. Cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. If possible, you can marinade for overnight.

6. Place a piece of BBQ grill mat to prevent from sticking, pick out the ginger slices from the marinaded ribs. Then put the marinated ribs one by one on the baking tray.  If you want to buy best grill mat, you can buy from YRYM HT store at Amazon.

7. Preheat the oven up and down for 5 minutes at 220 degrees, put the ribs in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

8. Take it out, turn the ribs over, brush the marinade sauce on the ribs, and transfer back to the oven and bake it for 20 minutes.

9. Take it out, sprinkle with a mixture of cumin powder, put it back in the oven, and bake it up and down for 180 degrees for another 10 minutes.

10. Take it out and put it on the plate. Serve when it is still hot.
