FFXIV upcoming Stormblood expansion set for release on June 20, 2017

Take a look at new artwork, CG, screenshots and more from the upcoming Stormblood expansion set for release on June 20, 2017!  I was looking forward to trying the game using the "Return for 5 days in December" thing. Turns out trial starts the MOMEMT I login to the launcher to download the game. I don't leave my pc on over night so it took me most of the time to download it, bit by bit every day. Then I was busy with stuff.Finally got it downloaded. Went to play - "Sorry, your trial period has ended".You'd think the sensible thing would be to start the trial when you ENTER the game. Not login to the launcher.Guess I'm not trying the game again. I played for about 2 months at launch.

Yeah :( Was looking forward to maybe coming back, but wanted to try it Buy FFXIV Gil before paying monthly again. The game is HUGE to download so would take a long while unless you have fibre internet. Thought I'd get let off if I asked customer services. Nope. They just told me I will have to pay in order to play. It took you 5 days to download? My ps4 did it from scratch to full up to date version in 5 hours. Was only doing a few hours a day. FFXIV Gil I like in a rural area and 2miles from the exchange. I can only get 7mbps. I didn't do it everyday either. Thought I would have all month. You misunderstood how the trial worked. It was a specific 5 day period for everyone. My friends tried it days apart but all their trials ended

The free trial didn't start and stop when you downloaded the game. It ain't ff14s fault.  Nope. Trial ends 31st December. You get 96 hours to play. It starts whenever you login to the launcher after 1st December.   The sensible thing is to actually read the terms. I lov this game but I hate how u can't download it unless u are running a sub it's the only pc game I play that dose that It drives me crazy XD. How did it take you 4 full days to download a couple of gigs? What shitty internet do you have? You might not leave it on overnight but you can leave it on when you're at work and let it download in the background... I'm terribly sorry I didn't download it to a schedule that some of you "would have" done. I'm also sorry I seem to have slower Internet (7mbps doesn't equate to 7mb download speed). I thought I had a whole month so was not downloading it constantly. I play online games and stream Netflix, so paused it a lot. I was simply saying it's a shame I didn't get to try the game again.
